About the Kittens
PuppyKittyNYCity is a NYC-based animal rescue dedicated to giving homeless, sick, injured, and overlooked animals a second chance. With a major focus on the city’s cat overpopulation crisis, they rescue animals directly from the streets, provide critical medical care and rehabilitation, and help them find safe, loving homes forever.
On top of cats, PuppyKittyNYCity also helps dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, retired research animals, and other animals in need, guided by a mission to show up for those who need them most. Through rescue, fostering, adoption, TNR, medical intervention, and community education, they work toward a future where fewer animals are left to suffer on the streets.
Their goal is simple: never say no to an animal in need.

Adopt

Take a Purlates class
Our signature Pilates experience gives rescue kittens positive exposure to new people, voices, music, movement, and everyday sounds. These experiences can help kittens become more comfortable and confident around people as they prepare for forever homes. Break a sweat, save a pet
Spend quality time playing, cuddling, and connecting with our adoptable kittens. Gentle, positive interaction with different people helps kittens build trust and become more comfortable with human companionship—and you might just meet your new best friend.

Fostering is one of the best ways to help save a life. It can be short-term, requires very little space, and comes with no out-of-pocket costs. Simply opening your home gives a rescue animal a safe place to grow, decompress, and feel loved while they wait for their forever family.
